Here's another calendar with the most perfectly designed kukri I ever owned. You really have to be in tune with these knives to understand what I mean, but when people ask "what's a kookeree?" this was what I would show them. The workmanship, design, balance and overall effect make this THE perfect kukri as far as I'm concerned. Not all the other ivory gripped, engraved, unique, super-dooper kothimoras, but this simple, hard working puppy.

Nice. As others have done, I use the monthly calendars as my computer desktop background. Helps to keep the mind focused. :)

Beautiful, thanks Berkley! I have never seen one with a fuller that high up and so deep. Wonderful design.

That's just so beautiful.

Yangdu, you think the lads might be inclined to take a peek at this month's calendar? There would be a LOT of takers for a knife of that design. That fuller's really sweet.

Very nice kukri, Berkley; thanks! Do you have any more information on it such as spine thickness, P.O.B., etc?

Very interesting. It would be fun to pick John's brain about the particulars of why he likes this one so much.

I just noticed it written on the calendar .. it is an ek chirra model .. single grove .. actually I think it looks more like a short bladed Chitlangi rather than an Ang Khola.
