Junglas helped out with a little food prep tonight. Figured I would share. This was glorious! Mitica Jamon Serrano from Mallorca, Spain. Made Bocadillo (crusty bread with roasted rubbed garlic, tomato, manchego cheese, and jamon serrano) and roasted jamon over goat cheese stuffed avocado.

As always, the Junglas made easy work of this dry aged piglet!

Let's see your food prep pics with your Junglas!

Esee should make some ads of you slashing at pieces of pork with your Junglas! And then maybe popping a balloon with it... and jamming it through car hoods, and.. and... and...

You forgot the meat filled boots! :D

I don't own a Junglas, but that picture sure convinced me.

The impressive part is how well this monster sliced. Thin slices were no problem, still got the slices thin enough to where you can see through them (which is ideal). Thing is still hair popping too! Held it's edge like a beast against this 12 Month Aged pork.

I use mine for food prep all the time. I used to to chop up few steaks the other day and to slice a watermelon. Worked like a charm. I also batoned through a frozen lasagna with once to get it to cook faster.
