A while back I found a SE Asian blade at a show and made my own with a few mods such as a slightly longer handle and less twisted blade :) Oh and G10 instead of buffalo horn scales. Here she is at 16 1/2in overall with a 10 1/2in blade. Scales are black G10 and sheath is kydex. I used 5160 with a differential heat treat. The blade is 1/4in thick with a hint of distal taper so even though it's large,it flows very well. It's hard to explain, but it's not as weight foward as a kukri but it will definitely chop but you could use it to clear trails all day long without too much fatigue :) Price on this bad boy is $300 plus $15 shipping and I can do Paypal or MO for payment. Thanks :D
