Wife kicked me off of bladeforums about an hour and a half ago. Her words were, stop looking at everyone's pictures and get your butt out there with those dogs of yours! When your woman kicks you out of the house, it is best to listen. So I followed her advice, even though the dogs had a really nice walk yesterday.

It was warmer today then yesterday, but the wind picked up quite a bit more. I was forced to wear my belaclava which made my life considerably more comfortable. We went over to the little prairie about a block behind my house. Its the prairie at the back of a grade school and a favorite place for me to take them. For some reason nobody ever seems to use this field, not even other dog walkers and I can let them romp. Today was definitely some frolicking of major proportions.

Attack of the abominable snowdog!

Despite his crazy appearance, max just doesn't look so menacing - he's more of a 'prancer' rather than a 'pouncer'

Beta spotted something in the snow and decided to investigate

The wind was picking up on the flats

Max, doing his best impression of me (with all my grey hair)

He was starting to get a bit cold, so I found a little spot in the reads and we just sort of nestled up to warm up.

All the heat was fogging up my camera

I took a photo of myself here, looking sort of miserable like pitdog was on his photoshoot - the one where we had a hard time getting a fire going on the beach. However, I had this big booger coming out of my nose and decided to forgoe posting it :D

Max was much happier after he warmed up a little

Beta, well she just can't get enough of anything

Last of all a couple of knives. The RC-4 hasn't seen too much action lately. In addition to its polished blade, it is now sporting a convex edge. I also brought along my little Breeden modified cat.

WOW, those pics are fantastic. Thanks for that. LOVE that breeden, can't get enough of seeing that thing!

Great pics. You'd be surprised how much fun you will have chasing dogs during a snowstorm, trying to get them to come inside. In your shorts and tee shirt, at 3 in the morning, is something different.

Great pics !
Nice to see your dogs are having a grea time ;)
Can't wait to get some snow here - my dog and I are loving it ! :)

Nice looking dogs!
They'll keep you in shape trying to keep up with them, that's for sure.:)

Awesome pics :) Looks like Max and Beta had some serious fun. I'm intrigued by your stripped/polished and convexed RC-4; i've been toying with the idea of doing that to mine...
