Nice dude. Good spot.
Thanks. I take them were I can find them. Pretty tough to find trees in the southern parries around here. My sanctuaries are valleys and lakes.

Hey cool pics thanks for sharing. Looked like a good time. Stupid question - why are you finding marbles in the wild? Some natural/river-type formation, or are they real marbles? Old abandoned school? Haunted playground? Love finding cool/unusual stuff in the wild, you've piqued my interest...
Went back and looked at the pics....and I would agree. Being smaller than otters, it also puts that fish into perspective. Should have recognized it the first time; I've seen a fair number around here, but only one otter.Thanks. I believe that the critter is a mink. I am no authority, I just Googled it.I saw another, or maybe the same one, a few miles further up last year.
Great pics, man that marble takes me back to my school days! The otter is cool too, got himself some lunch!
Very cool post! Thanks for sharing. Looks like you had a good time right there...
That does it. I'm packing up the Maxpedition Hot Chocolate Kit and taking the kids outdoors in a bit.
Nice. Very nice. That looks like beautiful scenery. I'll be out an about with my BK2 on Friday (trying for a darn turkey again) and then Monday hoping to bag a buck on the first day of season. I love being out in nature.....and using my Becker!
Great post and love the pics, especially the marble! That's quite a find. What did you use to make the patterns on the scales of the 2?
Marbles, fire, Beckers, and otters - now that's a dynamic-ass day.
I'm curious of the marbles too. Are those naturally formed?
All kinds of great stuff.
Thanks for the pics.
Looks like a good time was had!
Love your threads
At least I can't get my dumb azz lost in the woods around here. You can watch your dog running away from home for two days while sitting on a porch chair around here.![]()
Thanks for the post and pix........Always enjoy your company.......
