  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Just A Picture - Traditional Picture Show

Ottermesser Matrosenmesser. All-rounder sailor helped me today to make some preserved lemons. I made sharpening choil for the knife but it looks bit rough in the picture.. Just don't have time this time of the year to take photos in daylight. :/

Fantastic picture in my eye, A.L. Very cool knife  And what a wonderful idea...I just had not thought about it. But I have now ;):D

Thanks

Thanks, and no problem! :) This is my first attempt so we will see how it works.. only month or few to wait now. :p

Been offline a bit while travelling - looks like lots of good threads to catch up on when I have a spare moment.

My ol' trusty with the Mare's Tail, County Donegal, Ireland in the background.

That's some nice Stag Chris. Picked a good one (although I'm sure you did not have a bunch of time to ponder :)). That model looks really good in Stag.

Thanks Tim. Yea even with my limited experience I knew I had to move quick. It was hard because I'm quite indecisive and there were some real beauties. It feels special to me already. I'm gonna treasure this one for many years to come.

Due to a conversation in another thread I was once again contemplating "The One", so here's a pic of "The One" for me.  ;)

Please excuse the poor cell phone picture. This small old Craftsman stockman was my grandfather's. I love the old "crown" Craftsman logo, so when I found this Craftsman 4-Way with the "Crown" logo, I knew I needed. I just know my Paw Paw would have had a dozen of those 4-Ways around the house and shed, but I unfortunately couldn't find one when the day finally came to clear out his house.
