Dwight, it is a Westmark Barlow, made by Camillus probably for Smoky Mountain Knife Works. Westmark was a brand owned initially by Western Cutlery. When Camillus acquired Western, they also acquired the Westmark brand.

Thanks! I really like that long pull and cut swedge. By looking at the lock bar on that Russell it looks to be a heavy built blade. If its as thick as it looks and with the short clip, that was super tough folder of its day:cool:
