Boy, étais-je parti! Cela a l'air délicieux et cette croûte est fantastique!Merci mon ami !
( trying to keep the french theme going )
It’s my homemade sourdough that I have been slowly adapting to include more whole grain flour and seeds.
This one is 65% white, 35% whole wheat and 5% rye flour.
For seeds I added quinoa, sesame, sunflower, steel cut oat and flax.
The laguiole is nice however if buying one today, now that I know a bit more about the pattern I would definitely look for one with a forged bee instead of a welded one.
Those are fantastic.
Excuse my ignorance but now you got my attention! How can you tell the difference between the welded and the forged bee (which I assume is the nice little bee on the tang end of the blade)now that I know a bit more about the pattern I would definitely look for one with a forged bee instead of a welded one.
