Absolutely! I'd be interested in seeing a picture of all six together with specs. As far as naming them, you could stick with your numbering scheme (ex. Model 1 goes to
jaz322

Better. Tougher steel with a micro grain. I only have one A2 knife that has an edge that holds up.
