How do people like Tim Herman get a different listing instead of basic member, gold member, etc. he has "dirty old man". Just wondering how this is done.

It's a feature of the software that's accessable to administrators & moderators - I changed Tim's name per his request.

I don't want to get into a habit of doing it though...
