Anyone point me in the right direction for a horizontal knife sheath that isnt huge for a fixed blade?
 
Welcome Userx! There are plenty of good makers here that could whip something up for you. They'll probably be around in a bit. I have a couple questions that would help us out:

What knife do you want sheathed?
Are you looking for Kydex or leather?
Aside from not wanting extra bulk on the sheath are there any other options you want?

If you can answer those questions out, we could help you better!

Sorry guys that was pretty general. Id like to have my Outdoor edge (swingBlade)sheathed. It would be nice to have the blade section of the sheath to be hard. And i just want a snap at the handle for easy access. Leather would be fine as long as it wasnt shiny..I want it to blend with a leather black belt. Nothing to crazy. Just practical. The idea is to carry it and not make a big scene and it not be in the way. Any help would be great guys...thanks!
 
LOL, i totally misunderstood your post. when you said "direction", i was thinking - edge down, handle near strong side. i'm jet lagged, sorry.

i just made a horizontal carry for a friend, it made me want one. there pretty handy.
