Just a quick Tramontina question

I am kind of new to the whole Tramontina machete thing, but there doesn't seem to be a sub-forum here...
I just wanted to know, do you find them reliable and easy to sharpen?
Their website does not offer very good specs...
I have heard good stuff about them in the RAT forums, and I am considering one for wood chopping needs.
It's not like it is a big decision, especially at the prices, I just wanted to know.

Yes, they are reliable but you may need to reprofile the grip and the edge of your Tramontina machete(s).

very nice machete and easy to sharpen. I'd suggest the plastic handle one because the wood one is pretty cheap and subject to brittleness over time.
