Rockin the Bk11 in the skystorm crossdraw sheath today. I forgot how comfortable it is to wear.

That blt looks mighty tasty.

Passed my ccw test today. Didn't shoot nearly as good as I did last night, but still passed the shooting part by a pretty good margin. Gotta go get fingerprints in a bit and then I'm headed to help a friend build a shed in his yard.

Got my new OD sheath in for my JetBeam. Getting ready to go to a stupid wedding, but will take photos when I get back tonight.

So I went to strip the DLC off my Kershaw Blackout.
One coating...nothing. Second coating...nothing.
That is some tough stuff!
Ended up sanding it off. 2 1/2 hrs. and I'm only at 220 grit.
Last time I mess with DLC! Jeez...
Plus it was kind off a pain in the butt to put it all back togather. lol

Wove a baldric rig for my BK7 just now.

Looks good.

Yeah, I'll get some pics up later.

It was unreal man. I started with 100 grit and wanted to stop about 10 min in.
Progress was soooo slowww. I really had to work on it!
Next time I strip a Becker will be a walk in the park! lol
I knew that DLC was tough, but not that tough! Whew...

It's cool though. Now I've got forearms to rival Popeye's!!

So, I got an Esee-4 yesterday that was OD/Orange. However I decided it was slightly too big to EDC.
So, I got an Esee-3 today. Esee-3 Mil in Black/Grey.

Fun fact if you have DLC on a carbon steel blade and leave it wet it will actually rust through the coating. Not Fun.

New sheath I got for my JetBeam BA10. Fits it like it was made for it. Not bad for $5.99 shipped:

It's gonna be a cold night. 28 degrees and just a milk house electric heater for the cabin.
