I was watching the news the other night and they were doing a story on men's preventative healthcare at a clinic somewhere. The story led to men needing to be checked for prostate cancer and they announced that they would be doing free prostate checks for anyone that wanted one. Yeah, I bet people were rushing to take advantage of that freebie.

My wife and I had ours done about a year ago. My eye sight wasn't too bad (-3.25ish, slight astigmatism), but my wife's were in the 1k range. Without her contacts or glasses, she was legally blind. Now we have nearly perfect vision. Do it, it's a life changer. I used to wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and think "Crap, I can see perfectly, I left my contacts on...! Waitaminute...."

Very, very liberating, and I only had mild-moderate nearsightedness!

Thanks for the response. I think I'm going to schedule myself for a consult for sometime soon and see what they say. My prescription isn't as strong as yours, but its bad enough to make me restricted to lenses when I'm driving. It sure would be nice to be able to see nice and clear and not have to deal with glasses or contacts anymore.

I had my yearly physical yesterday, and for the last 3 years, my doc has been telling me about the impending prostate exams that are part of my yearly's. They start next year.

He's an old hiking buddy of mine, so, I keep accusing him of having a crush on me.

He says he's working with the Gripmaster, and says by this time next year, his finger should be the size of a soda can.

Damn........

this makes me appreciate my youth lol (but all the cool toys you guys have bring me crashing back to a burning hatred of being a poor college student)
 
Do all becker BK3's have the little bottle opener type notch in the strap cutter notch?

Those aren't really "knives", they are tools.
