I shipped a knife on 11-28 to a new member & he received it 12-1. As I
usually do, I shipped soon as the trade was made, in this case first. You
would have thought I would have learned a lesson after JT Strider(Freebird).
Long story short, no knife in return, no answer e-mails, & to top it off the
confirmation # he sent me does not exist. I suppose he could have made a
mistake with the conf. # or I may have written it down wrong, but I'm
not sure how you can ignore e-mails. Just be careful dealing with a new member who joined in Oct. '05 with a Texas address. If it all works out,
I'll post it here if not I may post the name or if I see him posting I may
post his name. I inquired with a Moderator yesterday as to whether any-
one else had a problem with him but haven't received an answer.
If you are currently in a deal with someone who fits the criteria, e-mail
me & I'll tell you if it is him.

If you are having (or had) a problem with JT Strider in Georgia and want to pursue it, drop me a line. I can put you in touch with some very cooperative parents who will make things right.

I have not seen a problem (other than yours) with this Texas guy.

It looks like tomb_lin has had a problem with the same member. It also looks like this member has disappeared from the forum after failing to come through with his part of the deal with tomb_lin.

I have some friends in Texas (or at least I hope I do ;) ) that would be willing to help, but I have not gotten any requests.

From experience, once you do a little "legwork" and get a location, which I do not mind trying to do, the police are only interested in working with the person who was wronged (and that is the way it should be.). They do not take action until then.
