Technically the grips are the same size.
However, for some reason My two G10's are slightly more radiused on the rounded corners. So, the little extra radius makes the G10 feel just a hair smaller.
The G10 is more rounded at the corners.
The micarta is more square at the corners.
But, that is just on my two.
If they decided on sticking to one radius for later and subsequent runs, then the handles should both be the same.
Eric, would probably have to chime in to give an answer to that.
Length, height and width would be measured about the same since the radius wouldn't be factored into those measurements.
You can slightly "feel" and see the difference of the more round vs. slightly more square. But, for the most part we are splitting hairs here.
To me, they both feel pretty good, just different.
And if you wanted the micarta smaller or more rounded, you could sand it down.
