Here's a shot of some blocks I just got back from being stabilized at K&G. This is my first batch of spalted woods that have been drying for about six months since I first cut them up. The spalteds include Mango, Tamarind and White Oak. There's also Sindora Burl, Black Ash Burl, Koa and a swirly grained Amboyna in there. I'm curious to see how they all look prim and proper. The White Oak could turn out to be very special pieces.

Not sure when I can get to cleaning and finishing these, but my hope is in the next two weeks. I'll keep you posted as to my progress.

Are some of them 1 7/8"+ wide?

Everything but the Amboyna, Black Ash and Spalted White Oak is about 2" wide. So that includes the Tamarind, Mango, Sindora and Koa, although some of the Koa pieces are a bit short (under 5"). Let me know if there's anything else I can tell you about these. Thanks for your interest.

Where are the prices/descriptions?

These are blocks that I just got back from being stabilized at K&G. I need to clean them up, finish them, photograph, etc. etc. They will probably be in my store in about two weeks. That's when you'll see the prices and descriptions.
