Just bought Tactical Knives - march 1999 !!!

Hi,
Two days ago I went shopping for my two favorite magazines . Blade and Tactical Knives. Blade was the January edition so thats OK. BUT Tactical Knives was the March edition. Do you guys have the same privilege in good ole USA as me in Stockholm Sweden of reading what will be in the future (OK, 2-3 months anyway
