Just bought this.............

(The BK24 is D2 steel, and not coated)

Ah...thx. I already have a small piggyback one similar to that, the Remora, I think it's called, tho it's stainless, prolly 440A. Came with my Kabar Bacon maker. I'll probably put my Tops Ute in the pocket of the BK9 sheath anyhow.

The bk11/14/24 is an actual knife that once you get it, you'll love it. That little stainless thing that came with isn't much of a knife really, its not even the remora. It's ok for a freebie but doesn't come close to the neckers(11/14/24). Just look up the BK14, you'll see what we mean. I'm not sure what the Ute is but it may be similar to the neckers for all I know.
Hope ya enjoy your new blade! It gets lots of love around these parts.

ETA: can't agree more with the BK15. Just check Tomars KaBars or Coyle Outdoors. If Coyles says out of stock just shoot him an email. He also includes stainless hardware!

15 is on sale where?

I don't know what you mean by "11/14/24".
My bad. As already mentioned, its a common way to refer to 3 similar knives.

BK11 - the original 3.25" blade with a tool/bottle opener handle

BK14 - the same 3.25" blade but with an ESEE-style handle
http://www.coyleoutdoors.com/bk-14/

BK24 - same as the 14 but in D2 steel and no coating (my fav)
