I def got some use out of the knives. First I took Bill's out (after a good sharpening 
...just kidding) and made a bowel from an oak knot. It took a long time since i only used a bow saw to cut it off, the knife and some coals from the fire along with a straw, but it came out great. I gave it to my mom before I left. The Nessee I used to make Asian style cabobs (spelling???) for my fiancee and 3 other people the last night we were all togeather. The food prep included cutting the steak, slicing the veggies & bred...it was the only utensil i used until I sat down to eat the meal.. It was awesome. Unfortunately I don't have my camera. My mom borrowed it and never gave it back. I will give them both another good workout when I get settled here and post up the reviews. They are both great knives, and I am proud to own them.
