Na, i doubt it. When i was in the Army in Germany, one of the things we hauled was, all the mail from US servicemen & women. Guy down the hall from me lived in California. His parents would get his letters in 6 days, always. I lived in Buffalo area NY & mine took 14 days, always. ALL of our mail was flown in to NY Laguardia Airport. Go figure !
 
Wed morn , just ordered one. I felt I could live without a le tweener until they were in regular production but couldn't do without a 4le.:)

Hmmm, got my order in yesterday morning but my card hasn't even been charged yet.

Not that I'm impatient or anything.... ;-) but it doesn't look like mine has shipped yet. Perhaps I'm wrong.
 
If you were complaining in the 800 pound gorilla thread ( that Kabar owes us something ).

My card was charged today. Guessing they will ship out early next week (he said hopefully).

I was involved a little bit back in the gorilla thread, my contention then was that this forum is very good free advertising for Kabar. Plus the members here are so enthusiastic about their BKT products that I'm sure it encourages other members to buy even more of them. If the special offer indeed started on Tuesday then apparently in about 2 days, with nothing other than posting a message here, they have sold 50+ knives. This is not bad and any business would love to have this opportunity. Most businesses fight hard for customers and sales, and figure that they have to spend 10% or more of their revenue to promote new sales. These sales cost the company no revenue so more profit for them.

I was intently following the "Tuesday" thread but then it was abruptly closed and it faded away. I apparently missed the actual announcement (still haven't found it) so no new BK for me.

I have to wait for pay day, but I fully intend to get one of these... Even if they aren't "on sale" I'll get the regular version. I'm hoping they are still on sale though.
