Just for fun - Pick 1

Another vote for the orange one (although the handle is not quite up my alley). The size seems good for all of the necisary things I might use it for.

For the one edged tool scenario, I'd pick #2 - the "Combat." It is big enough to prepare firewood, but the point would hopefully allow me to get by with finer work.

The orange edc is my favorite in general though - that is exactly what I want in a pocket fixed blade!

looks like the skunk is a popular pattern ;) Glad I evolved a pattern for the customer and tried to make it mine

Brian, that 7" is six kinds of awesome. I would definitely go with it if I could choose only one.

All the best,

- Mike

The Ironwood Companion appeals to me for a belt-knife, but if we're talking one week without an axe or saw, I'd go with the Skunk for the added versatility and length. All look good though, but those two in particular rock for me . That handle on the skunk looks really comfy for a big knife.

The more I look at the diff HT'ed Combat model...the more I'm thinking I might want that one instead...hmmmm.... :D

I like the pattern of the Combat model the most. It just looks cool to me! I would take it in 3/16" thickness though. All great lookng knives Brian:thumbup:

I agree Ray. The 1/4" stock has to be requested or I am using 3/16" as it works without overweighting things. I do hoever like 1/4" for adding wow factor :)
