So your order didn't arrive in 2 days, you state that's OK ("I don't need my other orders in two days") yet you called them to complain and they give you a free $25 just to appease the inconvenience of your paid order not arriving at their estimated time during the busiest shipping season of the year and to you that's a gift?! And then you get online to brag about it?
You know amazon ships approximately 300 packages per second during the holiday rush, that's a huge load on their system and even bigger on USPS, cut them some slack...
At least it was amazon and not a real knife dealer (site sponsor), curious if you would of done the same to a small time knife dealer or if you can justify it cause it's Amazon.
How much was the original order for?
Is this the new normal? Is it now OK to start calling every seller who's item doesn't arrive exactly on time and complaining till I get free stuff too?
If I did any selling here you'd make my ignore list, personally I wouldn't want to deal with buyers that feel entitled to free stuff cause of a slight shipping delay, especially during this time of year.
#move this to GBU and/or W&C please...
