Just got a microtech utx-85

So I just received my microtech utx-85 and it's awesome. Buttt I have a question regarding blade play. Now I know that all OTF knives are going to have a little blade play. When I first opened the knife there was an expected amount of play. A little not annoying at all side to side movement. But after opening and closing the knife maybe 20 times. It started to have a little up and down play too. Enough to start being annoying. you can feel it when you go to cut something and if you wave the knife you can feel it to. So is this normal?

I have the same blade play with my new UTX-85, I think it's because of the proportion of blade length and handle the hidden part of blade is shorter compared to Ultratech.
