I have been in Peigon Forge Tenn. for the last 4 days with the family. I went to Smokey Mountian Knife Works (my favorite store) & done pretty good :D

Cool beans :thumbup: I have wanted to go there for some time now I am hoping to make it in the next year
 
Yeah, I always have to stop by SMKW whenever me and the wife go to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. It's a great area, hope you got to enjoy some hiking or fishing!

:( Didn't get any extra time for the hiking or fishing. The twins got plenty of Go-Kart racing in & the wife got some shopping in & I got SMKW :D So I was happy. Going to Myrtle Beach for the week of the 4th of July :thumbup:

Hey, while you're there... if you've got time, go check out Myrtle Beach State Park and report back if it's decent? I'm thinking about staying there for our beach trip this summer. :thumbup:

Coaldigger- you sound like me...my wife's family all go to Pidgeon Forge for the Rod Runs twice a year. My wife only gets me to go by promissing a trip to smkw.

Yep, she grits her teeth every time I pull into SMKW parking lot :D
 
My favorite part of the Smokey Mtns are the SMKWs and driving over the MTNs from Gatlinburg to Cherokkee and looking at those amazing views and Clingmans dome. My kids hate the ride but I love it. Im having surgury this coming Tues and after I get over it were going up there.
