Just got back from the Convention!!

My first khonvention - what a great bunch of people. My wife Vicki is still hollering that she found something we can do together - we can't wait for the next one. She can't stop looking at the scary sharp JKM she got - Thanks Uncle and Yvsa

Many, many thanks to Chris and TulsaMal for educating me on handguns - I'm 10 times as confused and 20 times more educated then when I showed up. Whatever I buy, it'll be better because of the time taken by these guys with my newbie self.

A couple of marginal sheaths are now "keepers" thanks to Sandi; Terry got cleaned out of display racks inside of 10 minutes - sorry to the rest of y'all. The "hole in the blade" club eagerly awaits the new member, Jenifer - as a sideline to HIKV, of course.

There was much more but I'm still a little torched from the drive and am fading fast. Thanks again, everyone.

Hawk glad you made it back ok!! Did the drive torch you or that FINE driving machine? Nice car!! I'm glade to meet you and keep us posted on your firearm situation!!!!
 
I sure wish I could have been at the Khonvention. I'm sure it was Old Home Week(end). Brothers and sisters that have known each other longer than they realize. Its kind of spooky the way certain people find each other. I'm glad everyone is home safe and sound, although it sounds as if a few wallets are lighter and piles of knives are larger.
