Just got the S30V Spec Bump in the mail. Awesome !! Now I am itching to use it. Maybe I will take it to Outback tonight and watch the eyes open wide while I cut my steak !!

that may not be the greatest idea in the world to do . have fun using it. by my prediction, you will spend 70% of the time playing with it, and 30% of the time actually using it.
