Just got my first....

Congrats on a sweet knife! I just picked up my first CRK about a week ago. A Large Insingo. It's breaking in quite nicely and gets daily use. However, I may have a new job on the horizon where carrying a knife as large as the Sebenza may be inappropriate, if not down right prohibited. I've already started looking at Mnandis...

I know you like all types of knives, as myself, and I'm glad you've now gotten yourself a Sebenza. A knife all true knife nuts need to have IMO.

Yeah Ken, I'm into all kinds of different knives. The variety out there is great. I'm trying to pick up a Kershaw Leek because I was handling one yesterday and realized that the Kershaw Leek would go great with my Sebenza haha.
I love the Sebenza and I'm a sucker for frame locks.

If only I could find a ZDP/Ti Leek to go with it. That would be amazing.

Congrats on your first CRK and welcome to the sickness:D Don't worry I'm the same way, I can carry a small but I just prefer the lrg Seb's:thumbup: Time for the Umnum next just got mine and its a whole different animal you'll love it, and once you take your Seb apart and put her back together You'll appreciate it even more:thumbup:
 
I think it would be cool to have a Small Seb to carry with the Large Seb but I don't know. It's not an idea that just screams for me lol.
I think I'm fine with my Large Seb for now. But one day I do believe I will get an Umnumzaan.

There was only two weeks between the purchase of my Sebenza and my Umnumzaan. It's inevitable.
 
Thanks! Did anyone else's Sebenza start getting that pocket worn look fast?
Mine already has marks on the ti lol.
Love the look of pocket worn ti, but wondering if it's normal for it to get marked up fast.
It's probably because my pen tends to ride in the same pocket.

Oh well, I love the look of pocket worn ti, it's just beautiful to me.

If you put the knife in your pocket with other stuff.... it's guaranteed it'll get scratched to hell. But as you said the scratches actually look really good on the Sebenza. One or two scratches..... eye sore...... muchoz scratches..... very pretty.
 
I love the worn look. It's very pretty. Can't go anywhere without my Large Sebbie clipped to my Right Front Pocket, and my Hinderer Investigator Pen riding in my Right Front Pocket lol. I know that the pen is actually doing no damage to the ti, just leaving little cosmetic marks that make it look pretty and well loved(as it is) anyways.
I can't wait to see this thing as it continues to go on. It's just going to get prettier and prettier lol.
