Just got my Ganzaaaa invoice

I was about 3 min off the pace with my ganza email (because BF kept giving me "database error" messages when I tried to refresh at the critical time), and I got B8 #211. So that gives some sense of how popular they were (about 70 per minute). By constrast, when the B10 was released, I don't think I was all that much faster, but my serial numbers were 18 and 22.
 
Gotta say, I'm both surprised and insanely pleased that I got both my humble asks granted. Can't wait. Thank you Pokey and the crew :D

hooka... I'm asked him if he'd round the point off around the "Talon Hole" (a little more Hoggish shape since this is the first RMD with the "BUSSE" engraving...also provides a little more room for my larger fingers) and I also asked if he'd round over or put a little swedge on the "clip portion" of the blade like how the original Gen1 Ratmandu's came from the swamp. I didn't think about having liners installed until someone else mentioned it in their order, so I may have those added too (not sure yet).

I was about two minutes in after the go. Got a B8 but missed #45. Getting my second choice #308 in 6-8 weeks :( No Hacks left either :mad:

So on the Swatmandus are there just a whole bunch of plain blades laying around waiting for specific handles or are there pre made finite quantities of each? I guess I was thinking they are already all made hence the 'over run' but I'm pretty sure Lexi said it would be a couple of weeks yet for my dus?
 
Not my first Busse but my first Ganza. B8, Desert Crusader, & SWATmandu. Love it, I'm about to send payment. Oh yea and I got my Custom Knife Factory Asymmetric in the mail today. Pretty good day to love steel. Good luck y'all.
