Are the serrations the only new difference between 1 and 2's ? Besides handle choices I mean.

The T1 with a 3.2" blade is smaller than the T2 which is close to 4".

<<The fact of it is that the S30V takes a sharper edge than the 154CM.>>

I don't agree, but what the hey? Opinions vary. Try the CPM154CM if you can. That's a scary sharp edge.

I've asked them about a plain edge option, I hope they respond. If they do, I'll post their reply.

Hello,
I am new here. Been visiting the CandlePowerForums for some time and got wind of this site from there. I have the largest Harsey Tactical with the 4.75 blade. Have had it for, oh, 2 years now? Anyhow, I carry it almost daily. most often I use the tactical sheath that is made for the beast. Occasionally carry it via clip. Have experienced no problems of any type with this monster. The only thing i never cared for is that the locking liner goes too far over in the lock position. I have always prefered a new knife to have the liner engage just for the thickness of the liner. Being metal-on-metal wear at this point, eventually the liner will go all the way to the opposite side. Have had this happen in other less well made knives. In any event, in almost two years it is still the same, so something must be right! I have big hands and the bigger knives always feel better to me. Do keep a small knife on me so as not to scare the natives. Those who know me are never surprised when I whip the big puppy out and thrash a box or 3. Excellent knife.

I went to the SHOT SHOW on sunday and was able to buy the new T2
with a spearpoint blade and the combo edge. Very nice!! I also saw the
new Paul design, a little bigger and had G-10 scales.

Lone Wolf Knives response to my question was: yes they will be offering a plain edge version of the T1.

Now, the real question is will they be offering it with Nylon scales like the T2 or just the Carbon Fiber and Cocobolo wood. I mean, I'll buy the Carbon Fiber version but I love Nylon handled knives.
