Thanks, I thought it was pretty clever.
This sheath will probably get replace when I get more leather, because the what I used is about as thin as the original sheaths leather, and I'd prefer at least 1/8th leather.
It will also likely be a fold over and have a welt.
Great Score Hickory that knife looks to have many year of service left in it. I have never tried ketchup for forced a patina very interesting and kudos for a great job on that sheath it looks really good.:thumbup:.

Thanks ! I use ketchup because the smell of mustard always makes me barf, literally one whiff and that's it.
One thing I like about ketchup is it's easily spread a nice even patina instead of a spalted pattern ( patterns are cool but not always wanted )
