absolutely beautiful! makes my s2b look like a toy . BUT i`m quite annoyed that my s2 only has scraping ability in the edge , and my s2b came hair popping sharp? not good enough sog

SOG didn't let you down, they just wanted you to have some fun putting some sharp on it ....... ??

it turns out the knife is sharp , but not sharp enoguh for my liking. is there such a thing as sharp enough?

My 2 S2s and the S2B where all scary sharp outa the box

i`ve also now spotted a couple of microscopic chips in the edge .......... on waht was supposed to be a brand new knife !!!!

heck dude, just go out and chop a rock .... nothing like macroscopic chips to make you forget about the microscopic ones.
-- I did that by accident to my Tigershark.

other than that: get out the sharpener and grind 'em out.

Get your self a set of Lansky crock sticks... they are great for getting chips out of blades. And they get the edge hair shaving sharp
