Congratulations. We have a boy (36) and a girl (33). If you have a boy, you learn to change diapers fast.:D If you have a girl, you still have to be fast, but they are not quite as dangerous.

Classic. I already have a son, and I started changing him standing from the side right off the bat. I've never been hit, and not from lack of vollies. My wifes friends mom saw me doing it and she commented on what a good idea it was, and I figured that everyone did that. I didn't consider that she only had a girl.

Congratulations! My son is now 10 months old - here he is at 8 months or so:

Good luck - it's a lot of hard work, starting about 4 months before your baby is born. You'll develop extreme patience and will come to accept having to jump out of bed multiple times a night as a normal thing. Your lower back strength will be stronger than you can imagine. You will work harder at work and harder at home. At the end, it's all worth it, but prepare yourself for a real challenge. Again, congrats!

Congrats!

My two kids were born at home with midwives. We had no complications.

You should consider this... the mental, emotianal, and bonding advantages are enormous.

If this interests you, contact me, I will give you more info.

One way or another, God Bless!
