It's a fixed blade Kershaw Skyline! I'm not sure how long they've been discontinued, I think a long time. When I worked at a knife store we sold fixed Skylines and Packrats. I believe this one is in Sandvik 13c26, before they changed to 14c28.

BTW ... Covers are genuine bovine bone, not a synthetic faux bone.
Amazing how consistant the dye job is side to side and knife to knife.

Mine stopped working after a year and a local watch repair guy said he couldn't get the part from china. So, great watch as long as it's working.
