Just Had To What A Khuk

..like a restaruant that says, 'could be good food." Look at the dollar against the blade. Are my eyes bad? That blade cannot be 4.5' long.

actually there is a janawar katne on ebay right now...do a search.

I believe the 4 1/2 feet refers to the overall length of blade plus handle. Unless the guy in the picture is eight feet tall. ;)

Ken, H.I.used to make these once in a while on special order. Don't know if they still do or not.
IMO they're pretty much useless except for conversation pieces or cutting heads off of buffalo.;)

It looks like a giant version of the Atlanta Cutlery Indian Army kukri made by Windlass Steelcrafts. Atlanta Cutlery sold them in 1990 or so.

I have one of the Windlass Indian Army kukris and it is usable but pretty crude. It does not comes anywhere close to Uncle Bill's stuff in quality. Even the Cold Steel lightweight kukri leaves these Atlanta Cutlery models in the dust.

You get what you pay for. If you want a giant kukri I have no doubt that Uncle Bill can scare one up of good quality.

Looks like a giant Sirupati. Don't think I would want to swing one of those very long. Just might tire a fellow out.:) :D
