Just have a question about a knife I bought at a garage sale in hawaii

Wow.. just looking fir info on a knife I bought...15 inches long w leather sheath... looks military. .has a carved policeman head w a cap on handle.. maybe a soldier..
I dont know... NOT us military. .maybe philipino... dunno..
Lmk of you might know what it is.. I can't figure out how to upload pics ...
