Nice thread, DaveH. I had Vadim create for me a sheath with a carving of a Wholly Mammoth for my Seb (thanks for posting a pic of it!) I found a clipart that I liked and sent it to him to copy. The sheath is to be delivered next week. He shot me a nice picture of it by email when he finished it- I hope he will see this and post it here too. He plans on putting it on his web site as an example of how he can do clip-art carving.

I uploaded the picture to my webspace, and it'll soon be on my gallery as well. Really turned out quite nice... :D Clipart is actually much easier than a photo which has to be made into clipart first.

Heres mine....I cant wait to get it and I cant believe I was lucky enough to even get it. I've been wanting a Sm. one of these ever since I first saw them! Should be here tomorrow. Sm. Classic Bark Mammoth Inlay.:cool: I'm thinking of sending it in for the Blue thumblug and spacer treatment, I just like them better than the gold and think it would compliment the ivory very well..what do you all think..blue or gold on this one..hmmm..maybe silver?:)

The Mnandi belongs to my very good friend NeilAsh.:) Gold and Diamonds Mammoth Ivory with Snakeskin Damascus...check out that Damascus.
