I you are going back and forth between plain vs. serrated edges I found this article to be very informative. It is great to know how different sharpening on a plain blade can get a serrated like effect. I never knew that, but I am not particularly good or informed about anything more that basic sharpening.

I have both and the only problem I have is chosing which one to take with, the answer is usually...both.

I have a feeling I'll keep the 3 in my bag and the HEST on my person.

Or the 3 in my bag, HEST in my jacket and Izula II on my belt/pocket.
