I started with a 3 got a 6 got an izula and now a HEST.

Let me see your HESTs and how you carry them. I want to use this as an EDC knife

I keep mine in my pocket, doing a quick pull with the pry bar and using my thumb to pop the sheath. I hold it upside down, thumb on the prybar, hidden in hand with a bit of tip at the ready to deal pain if needed. I toss it in the glovebox, side mounted on my pack, belt mount for hiking and in a unique double sheath mount (OK I have more than one OK:)) on my ESEE Jungla pack for ambi draw. I have another on on my chopping block in the kitchen because I like the clean cut and divide even over my high end kitchen knives.

but I might be a little biased :))

Sorry no pics right now but I've been EDCing my HEST alot lately. Love it. I have the 3mil boot clip attached to my HEST sheath and it works like a charm. Easy on and off belt or IWB carry, and some times I just toss it in my front pocket.

Sorry no pic, but I usually carry mine horizontal on my belt.... on the right side for right hand draw. :)

in pocket EDC is what I've used and it works well.

Mine is in my Maxped Versipack, but I have it hooked up with the belt clip from my 5 for easy belt carry (strong side).

I have shotty making up a nice scout carry kydex sheath for another carry option.

horizontal carry on left side of belt buckle...stock sheath and molle locks...same place I used to carry the Izula with the mini-tek-loc. I am left handed.
I wrapped it to blacken it out so it blends with my dark suits and black belts at work...weekends I don't care. here ya go:
