There are four holes at the front of the factory sheath, the two on the right or the two on the left, will match up with my bottom two rivets. the factory sheath can be modified to fit as there is room for another rivet.

I don't know, but I bet if you ordered it and asked that he makes sure the factory 11 sheath will line up for piggybacking, he'll get it done, and done right.

Excellent craftsmanship--I have 2 (for BK7 and BK17)--they are light, strong, and the fit is perfect.

What about your BK11 sheath (BK11 set for factory micarta) would it mount on the front of your BK9 sheath ?
One other question...if your 11 sheath will mount on your 9 sheath would I also be able to put Molle lok's on the back of the 9 sheath with them both piggy backed ?
