Just Ordered an Izula II.

It's all about priorities. I buy my clothes to fit my tools and weapons. I wear Cabellas hiking shorts or pants most all the time. I can fit a 1911 .45 in the pocket. If it weren't so darned heavy, that would be my pocket pistol. These pants even have a handy knife/magazine pouch on them that will hold a 4" blade folder.

You saying it's my 1980's skin tight jeans are the issue? ;)

You my friend are a big mac and I'm all of 160 lbs! A junglas to you is like a esee 6 to me!

I can't even deal with the larger folder either. An endura is big for me! - C'mon izula folder!

That's a BIG mitt! Holy crap! LOL Makes the Izula look like a toothpick! How tall are you Tipton?
I'm waiting for the Izula II before buying one. At this point I don't need 2 Izula IIs since I've already got an Izula. I'm trying to be more conservative with my knife buying this year. I've been buying too many blades that just don't get used because I keep going back to my favorites.

I have huge hands, and I love the Izula 2. It is much more comfortable.

I still carry my original Izula just because its my trusty pal...but the Izula 2 fits these hands much better...

(No pics of with the Izula 2 in hand...I'll get one later on and edit it in)

Frozy,

Don't worry about it. You'll get there too. Once you hit 1k posts on the ESEE sub-forums you'll become a bear man too. This is why ESEE had to make the Junglas. Their customers needed something to replace the Junglas as their small knife when they became... dun-duh-duhhhhhh... BEAR MEN!!!

God bless,
Adam

I got a tracking notice that my new Izula II is out for delivery today! Those old boys at EM Gear are fast. Of course, they are in Georgia, so I had to pay State sales tax. I have dealt with several vendors who carry ESEE products, and all have been very good so far.

It's a great handle and isn't even a necker in my mind- it's just a regular old great knife! I am finding it harder to carry though. That extra 1/2" makes a difference in my jeans and it is too big for my cargo shorts. I might be back to izula I for summer carry...sold mine for the II though- doh!

rpn, look at the bright side . . . you get to buy another knife & Mr. Randall will have more drinking money . . . :D
I'm in the same boat as Tripton, trying to find a short blade knife that the handle fits as well. This just might be the knife.
Be safe.

He doesn't drink. It skipped a generation with him. My ganddad loved good whiskey so when I was about 15 years old I got introduced to the finer art of sipping whiskey. My dad might drink a half a beer in a year.

Seriously?! Lol. Sorry i don't know how to resize photos =(
My bad my bad. If a junglas can fit into the palm, that person is a monster

I wish folks could learn how to post pictures that fit. Those giant ones screw up the whole thread.

Forgot about this..
