Just ordered my first RAT...RC-6!

Well, I just took the plunge into the world of RAT knives, bought an RC-6. Just ordered it moments ago, can't wait for it to arrive!

Nice to see all of the affirmation in my decision! I was originally looking at Busse/Bussekin knives for my first "premium" knife purchase, but I found the prices offputting. I'll still probably get into those too, but I like the value of the RAT lineup, that and I can actually find them available for sale outside of the classifieds forums and shows. Thanks again for all of the warm welcomes and congratulations, great group here.

All the Busse kin knives are great, but availability and price can make getting the one you want challenging. I don't think you can go wrong with a RAT. Good old 1095 steel with full tangs and micarta scales at reasonable prices is tough to beat. :thumbup:

Yep, Rats are highly infectious - very difficult to stop at one
After 2 x RC-4 and 2 x RC-6, plus one Izula, I'm planning my next purchase...
