Just ordered my FIRST!!!

In the past, Busse knives have seemed a bit prohibitively priced for me. In the last year or two I've been going through the same change I'm sure many of you have and finding my way to the higher end knives. CRK, Strider, and Hinderer were my entry into the higher price ranges. Well, I just sold my Hinderer and used the funds to order a Team Gemini Light Brigade. I've always loved the form factor of the Ka-Bar but haven't been crazy about the steel and the thin tang. The TGLB has some of the soul of the old USMC knife with a lot of Busse flavor that just turns me on, so I took the plunge! Just need to order a sheath to go with it. This is my first truly high end fixed blade knife and I can't wait to see what all the buzz about INFI is!
 
I'm still trying to find a way to scratch the TGLB itch. I'm jealous! Post pics when it shows up duuuuude!

Awesome choice man! You will now be hooked. You can get a basic kydex split loop sheath from SpecOps on Amazon for about $36. They have several varieties. Congrats on the TGLB snag man.

Congratulations a lot of firsts this last couple of weeks. I am with you I just ordered my first and I want to already order #2 and 3 people here are bad influences 😉😉😉😉😉
 
TIE Tactical makes some nice custom sheaths. Think there are some posts on BF with some of his work. He has a locking mechanism built into it that is nice. I had him make a couple, one for a ZT0100 (came with a crappy nylon one I hated) and one for a hawk (wanted a top loader vs a bottom loader that RMJ uses). Takes a couple weeks and it is hard to be away from your toys for so long

Made my sheath order with Brown Industries. It's the sheath maker featured on the Busse website so I am sure they're doing something right. :)
