Just ordered my grail.

I got a Zaan last Nov. Mine was stiff( as opposed to smooth) when I got it.

I cycled the action a LOT...that the only thing thats going to smooth it up

if yours isnt smooth when new. The more you use the better it gets....

I edcd mine for most of 3 months when I got it.

Thanks everyone! I know this isn't going to be my last CRK now instead of looking at spydercos or benchmades I'm already checking out sebenzas. I think I opened a can of worms.
