Ballance Bikes are Awesome!!!
I researched/got one for my daughter. She was just two, I think.
Kids who have them learn control, steering, and balancing. Basically all the Hard parts of riding a bike.

My daughter then went straight to a real bicycle with No training wheels.
In fact, the hardest thing was finding a smaller real bicycles, with small wheels.
We'd go for walks in the neighborhood, with her riding along on her bike. People would point and freak out that she's so tiny riding a Real bike. While their Goober kid who was many years older was still in training wheels, drooling themselves.

I believe it's a Huge confidence booster teaching your kid to ride early.
They are learning so much about everything, and believing in themselves.
Those early successes will lead the way for More!!!!
