It's a CKF (Custom Knife Factory) Krokar...same knife that's pictured in my current avatar.
Long ago discontinued. It was a design that primarily featured a different type of lock...a tail lock.
By pressing on the back part of the handle, the lock would release to free the blade.
It's really a two hand knife.
It's a Big one.
There are several videos of it on You Tube.
They also made a model of it with marbled (black) carbon fiber handles.
