What wood is that on the knife handles? It's interesting.

The 2 in the roughly center of the pic and the one on the far side of the pic have Desert Ironwood. I have never seen Desert Ironwood that looks like this though. Maybe it is a burl.

The one on the left is an Osage Orange.

I've seen lots of ironwood with blonde sections in it but not quite like that. Thought it might be some kind of acrylic wormwood. Really beautiful kit regardless
