That’s made by gscreely and is called the Minnow that one is with Magnacut steel.
The sheath is one that I made, I added the lanyard and the bead is one that he also made

This is one of two pics of this knife I took in full, though cloudy daylight and it's somewhat disappointing as one of the many things I love about this knife is how damn black it is.
