The lines of this knife are fantastic, and it's a pleasure to hold.

Admittedly, the blade isn't the most efficient there is, but it's perfectly adequate for a meal.

The patina of the handle and blade is a pleasure to the eye, depending on the light.

This Pelican is one of Mathieu's finest creations, one of the nicest along with another in rougher calamine steel.
