  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

BIOG - Now I need a Spyderco Breeden Rescue. Thanks lol.
I always thought it looked awesome(I like knives that look different).
Now that you love yours.. I need one. Lol.

It depends on how you use it, But it should be fine for most tasks. Obviously it is useless for penetration, but so is a box cutter.

"Hard use".....It will work as a knife should. It will cut things as a knife should. The "thinner" blade just makes it good at being a knife. The blade is .120 thick, 1/8 of an inch is .125, So it's not some frail weakling. I have nothing against "hard use" knives. I own a few, But if I need a pry bar I'll use a pry bar. If I need a screwdriver I'll use my leatherman. If I need to baton through something I'll use a fixed blade that can handle it.

If you like the design you should get it. When used as a knife it will be fine. The handle is comfortable, it opens smoothly and it's VG-10.

Thank you. I am with you. I don't use folders for anything but cutting, in a slicing fashion. I just like to know its "tough". Don't know. Appreciate the info. I am going to order one before its too late. Thanks again.
